James Ganther is president of Mosaic Compliance Services, a lawyer- created company that provides legal compliance services on behalf of retail dealerships. Ganther is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, and has been honored as a member of F&I and Showroom’s “Who’s Who in F&I.” He is a frequent author and speaker on compliance topics. Ganther is also a co-founder of Automotive Compliance Education.
