Only dealership executives who are involved in the decision-making process for products and services are invited to apply to be considered for selection to attend Auto Dealer eXchange at Industry Summit, as our guest.
Commitment to Attend
Agents & Dealers are required to attend all events on the Industry Summit schedule. Including mandatory one-on-one supplier appointments, group presentations, and focus groups as assigned by event management. Failure to participate in all scheduled sessions and appointments will result in reversal of your hosted attendee status.
Travel
If accepted, your hosted round-trip will include economy coach airfare to New Orleans, LA, a two-night hotel stay, ground transfers from the airport to the resort (on program dates only), and all scheduled meals. Industry Summit will host your hotel stay on Monday, Sept 16 and Tuesday, Sept 17 at The New Orleans Hilton Riverside. If you choose to arrive before Monday, Sept 16 or depart after Wednesday, Sept 18, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the additional hotel room nights and the airline ticket balance if your alternative dates result in an increase in cost. Your airport transportation will not be covered for alternative dates outside the program dates. Personal incidentals, baggage fees, transportation to and from your home airport, and parking not included.
Airfare Clause
Once travel has been booked, any additional charges or changes made to the reservation will be at your expense. If you cancel your attendance after your airfare is booked, we will invoice you for the full cost of the ticket purchase for reimbursement. Your ticket will then appear as a travel credit in your name and you can reuse based on specific airline policies.
Hotel Clause
If you cancel your attendance 24 hours before the event, you are responsible for refunding Industry Summit the cost of one single night of your cancelled hotel room reservation.
Health & Safety Protocols
Your health and safety is our #1 priority. All food and beverage vendors will adhere to the guidelines of the venue to provide the highest standard food safety. Your privacy is of the utmost priority, and we will adhere to privacy regulations. All event participants are expected to follow the protocols as described. Masks are optional for attendees. Participants are encouraged to maintain a high level of personal hygiene through the availability of hand washing stations. We kindly request any participants that are feeling unwell to stay home or in their hotel room.
Personal Information Usage Statement/Consent
By filling out this form you consent to Bobit's Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters and other promotional communications from Bobit and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).
Code of Conduct
INDUSTRY SUMMIT is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, collaborative and productive environment for all event participants.
INDUSTRY SUMMIT has a zero-tolerance harassment policy and discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion will not be tolerated. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
Participants violating these rules and expectations will be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Physical violence will result in lifetime banishment from INDUSTRY SUMMIT /Bobit Business Media events regardless of fault.

Photo & Video Release:
By attending the Industry Summit, you hereby grant Bobit, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the Industry Summit. You also authorize the Industry Summit to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising and web content.
