Chad White is the Executive Vice President for Brightline Dealer Advisors. He has over 28 years in the Automotive Industry working Retail, Lending, Technology, Consulting and over 20 years as a formal Automotive Trainer. After running his last dealership and then managing multiple states on the automotive indirect lending side he helped change the auto finance process. As the National Director of Dealer Development for Credit Connection Chad worked with dealers all over the country to streamline the finance process until 2003 when the company was acquired by DealerTrack.

Chad then joined the Van Tuyl organization where he became a Regional Finance Director working with their dealers and teaching the Finance School. He also had experience with Zurich North America before becoming a partner in a Midwest consulting agency and then forming a training company. In 2008 he co-founded Automotive Training Concepts where he designed the training programs and secured a partnership with his state auto dealers association as a preferred training partner. 

After selling his agency and training company chad was able to fully focus on his online automotive platform with hundreds of videos on sales, leadership, finance and service training. Chad is a certified DISC facilitator and John Maxwell speaker, trainer and coach and after joining Brightline he looks to help automotive dealers drive winning cultures.
