Registration Policy: To qualify for our Agent or Dealer rate, you must be an Agent or Dealer. While we invite everyone to attend Industry Summit 2018, consultants, suppliers or manufacturers must purchase an Industry pass or exhibit space to participate. Weekly audits are conducted to ensure the appropriate rate has been selected. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will require additional payment and will be pending until payment is received. All attendees will be required to provide a photo ID on-site for badge pick-up.
Registration Audit: All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance. Registrations will be audited to ensure the proper registration category has been chosen. If you are flagged as qualifying for a different pass type, you will be required to pay the corresponding fee. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy and require additional payment will be pending until payment is received. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellation Policy: Request for cancellation must be made in writing prior to September 2018 and will be granted by Show Management's discretion. A $75 processing fee will be applied. Photo, Video and Audio Release: By attending Industry Summit, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, MG Investment Groupt, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to Industry Summit. You also authorize Industry Summit to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising and Web content.
Attendee Roster Consent: Industry Summit may publish the attendee roster online. By registering for Industry Summit you consent to the posting of your name, company, city and state/region on the official show website..
Hospitality and Special Events: Your company is required to be registered for Industry Summit to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during Industry Summit. You must request approval from Industry Summit 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with the Caribe Royal Orlando and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the Industry Summit program. Promotion of the event may occur at the host’s booth or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. Industry Summit reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. Caribe Royal Orlando has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by Industry Summit in advance. No event can be conducted during exhibit hours.
