1. How do I register?

There are 4 easy ways to register:

  1. Online: Stay tuned for 2016 registration information.
  2. By Fax: Print out the registration form and send via fax to (817) 277-7616
  3. By Mail: Print out the registration form and mail it to 2015 Industry Summit c/o Custom Registration, Inc, 2001 E Randol Mill Rd Ste 135, Arlington 76011
  4. By Phone: Register by phone by calling (817) 277-7187

2. Am I registered? I didn’t get a confirmation.

If you register online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you sent in a registration form by fax, you should receive an email confirmation within two weeks to the email you provided on the form. In either case, if you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by your email system. Please contact (817) 277-7187 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.

3. Where do I get my badge?

You can pick up your badge at the event site, at the Industry Summit registration counter, located in Concorde B of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel. For confirmation of your registration, you may call (817) 277-7187 or (800) 576-8788.

4. Why should I pre-register?

You must pre-register in order to take advantage of any early discount rates. If you register after the early bird deadline of July 29, 2016, you will be charged the regular rate. See the registration page for pricing. Pre-registration will also give you access to important attendee pre-event communications, ensure you get listed on the attendee roster, and streamline your registration approval and badge pick-up on-site.

5. Can I register onsite?

Of course! You may purchase any of the passes directly at event site. Please review all registration policies before making your travel arrangements.

6. I registered and paid for Industry Summit, but I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

Requests must be made in writing prior to July 28, 2016. Please forward cancellation letters to Industry Summit c/o Custom Registration, Inc. 2001 E Randol Mill Rd., Ste. 135, Arlington TX 76001, Fax: (817) 277-7616, Email: [email protected]. A $75 processing fee will be applied. No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after July 28, 2016.

7. Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

Any name changes or transferring of badges may be done upon event management’s discretion. Please email any changes to [email protected].

8. What do I need to bring to the conference?

You must provide a business card and photo identification on-site for admittance into the conference. We recommend you bring a stack of business cards and a list of your event goals.

9. Where do I stay during the duration of the conference?

The Paris Las Vegas Hotel is the official hotel of Industry Summit. Book your hotel room soon, as they fill up quickly.

10. How far is the airport from the hotel?

The hotel is located just 15-30 minutes from McCarran International Airport and approximately $20 in cab fare. Please click here for addresses, maps and directions.

11. Where can I obtain a schedule of events?

12. Can I bring my children to the conference?

Industry Summit is a trade event designed for professionals, but we encourage you to bring your family along to enjoy Las Vegas.

13. Can I bring my spouse to the conference?

Spouses may purchase a Spouse Pass that allows entry into meal functions only. See the registration page for 2016 pricing.

14. What is the suggested dress attire?

During the conference dress attire is business casual.

15. When is next year’s Industry Summit?
